Conclusions and Consequences
There are two possible endings to the game. The less likely is failure, where they somehow fail too many tests to succeed or get dragged out of the city by Black in the test of Survival. In that event they may be offered a chance to try again next year...

If the players finished 5 of the tests, including the test of Survival, then read the following;
The sun goes down slowly, the red crimson still visible above the buildings as the party reaches the square. A handful of other groups sit, slumped against corners or sprawled across benches, catching there breath. The Cult of Ingar are slinking out the opposite side of the square.
As the party enter, an image of Guildmaster Green appears before them. "Ah, most glorious success, excellent! Yu have succeeded in the Test of Chaos, ancient right of newly formed guild chapter. We welcome you, our newest neophytes, and tomorrow shall grant you all perks of membership. But first, your symbol. Enter the guildhall and finished."
If the party finished 6 tests, then read the following;
The moon dominates the sky as the party enters the square. Several small parties seem to have formed as people celebrate there success, Joset Frall and Vastra Kalimar talking animatedly with Vee watching them.
Guildmaster Blue smiles warmly as she walks over. "A few more victors, I'm glad to see. Congratulations. At dawn yo'll be full members of the guild, but there's one final part to the ritual. Go inside, and worth with the smiths, to make a badge that means something to you and us."
And if the party manages to complete all the Tests, read the following;
The first light of dawn is just ligtening the sky when the party enters. Behind them they hear the thump of Wyvern feet as Guildmaster Black races in behind them. "Damn, I thought I could catch you. Ah, well. Doesn't look like anyone else is gonna make it in."
Rubbing his head, Black nods to the guild building. "Alright, fun bit now, paperwork...less now? Later today I guess. Geez. Head inside, and work with the people there to make a badge for each of you. There are certain elements each need, but each needs to be unique to you as well. Have fun, be creative, and remember that sleep is for the week."
Regardless, the characters will enter the Guildhall, and each should be asked to design a Guild Badge with the following conditions;
- It should include all seven colours of the Guild, be they in the form of gems, backgrounds, etc.
- It should include a leaf or tree somewhere.
- It should be about the size of the palm of there hand.

Once complete, the badges will have an enchantment placed on them to allow them to be found - when used a guild badge with give a general sense of direction of any other badges within 100m - and the owner's name and date of joining will be etched in the back.
Upon being granted there badges the game concludes, and the characters level up to level 2.
Consequences
Primarily, the consequences of the game involve the party's reputation. How much they impressed (or pissed off) the Guildmasters they met will be the main result, as there approval or loathing will affect the rest of the guild.
For every 5 points of positive reputation they earned with each Guildmaster they earned +1 reputation with the guild as a whole. If they managed to get +5 with three Guildmasters, they get an additional +1. If they impressed 4, they get +3. An if they got 5 or more they get +5.
In addition, they gain +2 reputation with the guild if they completed 6 tests, and +5 if they beat all 7. Beating al 7 also grants them +10 reputation as a whole.
