The Merchant
The Merchant is a social animal, using money and influence to make their way through life.
1st Level
Gain one Combat talents, two Social talents, the Barter talent and one Warrior talent with a weapon and their Expense Account.
The Expense Account is a limited resource that increases each level. It functions as an abstract amount of money that the Merchant can use for a variety of purposes, representing business investment, deals and unusual stocks.
This Expense Account has silver pieces equal to 100 times the Merchant's level.
Finally, the Merchant automatically has 1d5 + half their level of any item worth less than 10sp in their possession as needed.

4th Level
Gain two Social talents and increase the Merchant's carrying capacity by half. In addition they automatically make a Perception test to see if an item is fake.
8th Level
12th Level
Increase the Expense fund to 200 sp times the Merchant's Level.
16th Level
20th Level
Increase the Expense fund to 500 sp times the Merchant's Level.
Expense Account
Well-Equipped Body Guards - Select one upgrade or enchantment and use an amount of silver pieces equal to the item. You can select a number of people equal to your Fellowship modifier to gain the benefit of this ability.
Public Relations - Spend 100sp to increase your reputation by 5. This increase is permanent so long as the silver remains spent.
Sudden Distraction - Spend 1 AP to hurl money on the ground, creating a +1% bonus to Dodge or Parry for every 100sp thrown. You can retrieve this money after a fight is over.
