Effect Stacking
It's important to know which abilities work together, and which abilities won't. In short, if it's from the same source it won't stack with another.
There are effectively 7 ways to gain bonuses to rolls in Genericum - your race may have a bonus, your archetype may provide a bonus, most Talents will offer upgrades, a Style talent, Enhancement bonuses usually from spells or abilities, items and Other, a catch-all term for any unforeseen bonuses from other sources.
Each of these sources stacks with each other - a +10 to Light Blades from your Race, your Archetype and Your talents would create a +30 on your roll.
However, under no circumstances would a +5 and a +10 that are both from Race, such as taking a different bloodline option or the like, stack. You would take the +10 as the higher. The same is true of Talents, Support, Items, etc - no matter how many items you get that add to your Pyromancy roll, only the highest will have any effect.
You can have bonuses to more than one roll active, however - abilities that buff Light Axes, Heavy Axes and Firearms all at the same time would function perfectly well.

Finally, no matter how high a score is, no matter how many things you can stack, any roll over 90% will fail.
