Archetypes
Archetypes are akin to classes in some tabletop games and video games, but it should be noted these are very much just a starting place. There is absolutely nothing to stop someone from choosing the Archwizard archetype and then focusing as much as possible on Skill and Warrior talents. Someone with the Healer archetype could easily pick up the Berserker talent line. These archetypes are in no way meant to limit or restrict a character's imagination.

The Alchemist
Brewers of potions and devastating explosives, traps and other chemical shenanigans. |
The Archmage
Masters of spellcasting through the mind rather than the will, the Archmage can change their spells to suit their needs. |
The Bannerman
An adventurer that leads and inspires their fellows to greater heights. |
The Diplomat
Focused more on social interplay than direct combat, the Diplomat can both talk and provide a good game. |
The Druid
These powerful servants of nature consider balance with the natural world an essential part of existence. |
The Knight
Teamed with a trusted steed, the knight is a devastating force in a fight. |
The Possessed
With another being in their soul the Possessed can swap between the skills and powers of either. |
The Steamknight
A powerful warrior who has developed their own technological weaponry and armour. |
The Thaumaturgist
Casters gain their power through personality rather than will and have a small pool of mana to cast spells with. |
The Unarmed
Some warriors choose not to focus on a weapon or armour but to focus on forging themselves into their own weapon. |
